Cracked Glass Technique

Tonight I finally got the cracked glass techique right. I tried the last 2 nights but didn't realize I needed to put this in the freezer and then do the cracking, so now that I actually read the directions, i've got this technique down- It also might be a technique you will see in April at my techniques class.

To make this card, you need: glassy glaze embossing powder, heat gun, and versamark pad.

Monogram Cards

Hey everyone! This weekend I made these cute monogram cards for a friend of mine who is having a birthday tomorrow. I used Baja Breeze and Chocolate Chip cardstock, as well as Chocolate Chip ink. I then used my JustRite Stamper to make the monogram on the cards as well as the envelopes that have the address around the monograms.

I am now selling these in packs of 10 for $15.00- if you are interested or know someone you would like to order some for a gift, please email me at craftymelissa@sbcglobal.net. Enjoy!

Valentines Day Big Shot Banner

Ok, finally my last post. I made a banner! I have had this Big Shot Banner die since it first came out and had to have it.........although i've never used it. So, I decided to make a Valentines Day banner that says love using Chipboard letters and the DSP from the Love You Much bundle. It's funny because it only took me about 30 minutes to make the whole thing- who knew it was that easy! I will definitely be making more banners as celebrations come up! Hope you enjoy!

Also, Happy Valentines Day if I don't get around to posting something on Saturday!

Origami Boxes

I also made these really cute origami boxes. I've been meaning to make more and finally got around to it. I also used my big shot die to make my top.

I just love my new stuff!

This card is using the texture plates and my new Rockabily DSP

This is my new Big Shot Die that is the butterfly, and also I used the Sale-A-Bration DSP

Ths is all the stuff I ordered.......what do I begin with

This is a card i'm doing for a new catalog swap with other demos

This is the final card we will be making this weekend using punches

Hey ladies,
So, it has been a crazy week for me and I am just getting around to posting stuff that I made Sunday and Monday. We went back home last weekend and I took Monday off to get back in the swing of things, stamp a lot, and get everything ready for my classes this weekend. I finished all of that and finally around 6pm Monday the UPS man delivered my MUCH AWAITED order.....I had been waiting for him to come all day, with hopes I would get to stamp with my new things. By the time I got the order seperated it was almost 8pm. So, here's a few pictures of cards I made using my new BIG SHOT Texture Templates and my new Butterfly die. I also tried to use a lot of the new Sale-A-Bration Designer series paper that you can earn for free right now. Hope you enjoy these photos. Hopefully i'll get to stamp more this weekend! Email me for any specifics on products I used at craftymelissa@sbcglobal.net

Nursury Necessities!

Busy, Busy, Busy I Be tonight! I will be seeing my mom this weekend and she needed a baby girl card to send to a friend who just had a grand-baby. I quickly realized I didn't have hardly any baby cards. So, I made these up tonight! Enjoy!

Recipe: Nursury Necessities Stamp set, All Holidays retired level 3 DSP, certainly celery, pretty in pink, and baja breeze ink and paper. Soft Subtles brads.

WOWing with Flowers

I saw this great idea from Stephanie Luman's Blog at http://sluman.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/2009/01/25/flower-pot-pocket-card/ and i've been wanting to make these cute flower pot cards for a week now! I've been sick, then had a Dentist appointment last night which was very painful........ so i'm just finally getting around to these tonight.

I changed mine around a bit by using some paper flowers my mom got me for Christmas, as well as rhinestones and Big Shot pieces. I hope you like these as much as I do. I can't wait to make more! Enjoy!
